About Me
Hi there.
I work with couples who are stuck… and who want to repair, reconnect and learn how to create long-lasting, meaningful change.
Does this sound like you? Emotionally focused couples therapy works best with couples who are in a negative cycle and who want to find their way back to love.
I work with all couples and am welcoming of all races, sexual orientations, genders, religions, and backgrounds.
In addition to being a couples therapist and clinical social worker, I am a wife, mom of two, avid runner, and lifelong learner.
Why choose to work with me?
I will work hard for you and your relationship. I want to help you reach your goals. I want you to get out of your cycle and into a place where you both feel connected, healed, and more secure.
I will be compassionate, yet direct and focused so that I can help you get the most out of our time together. I know that schedules are busy and investments are important, so I want to make our time together worthwhile for you.

“Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength while loving someone deeply gives you courage.”

My Story
I love relationships. They are powerful, beautiful, complicated, and a basic human need. Yet, life gets busy, is cluttered with ‘stuff’ and the relationships that are so important to us sometimes get neglected, seem to fall apart, and/or change in ways we don’t want or expect.
When I first started my practice years ago, I worked with both individuals and couples but, over time, I have learned that supporting couples in building healthy, secure attachments is my passion. This is why my practice is now dedicated to couples.
